Delivery Area

The Aggregate Shop delivery areas include mainland UK.

If you require delivery outside of this area please contact us and we will provide an individual quotation.

We offer free standard delivery to mainland England and Wales however, additional charges are payable for Scotland.

Delivery Policy

Materials will be delivered within 5 - 10 working days following receipt of the order by the Company and are usually dispatched the same day the order is received.  Delivery can be upgraded to 2 working days (2 Day Express Delivery Service) on orders received before 1pm (on a working day) for an additional charge per bulk bag. Please note, 2 Day Express Delivery is not available in all delivery locations.

If you would like delivery on a specific day, please detail your request in the order comments section of the payment page and will we do our very best to meet your requirement free of charge.

Occasionally stocks of Materials might be low on certain items. The Company will inform the Customer, as soon as possible, of any delays.

Standard delivery will be made on an 18 tonne rigid vehicle with a tail lift offload and with a manually operated pump truck placing the Materials as near to the Customer’s property as is deemed safe (this is not a crane offload).

Delivery can only be made if there is suitable access and a flat level hard surface, free of gravel and uneven paving etc.  The driver will leave the Customer’s Materials as near to where the Customer requires the Materials subject to the access being deemed safe and suitable.  If the ground is unsuitable, the Materials may be left on the roadside/kerbside at the driver’s discretion.

Cancellations and Returns Policy

Cancellations and changes to any orders must be made and received by the Company before Materials are dispatched.  Full refunds can only be made if your order is cancelled 24 hours before the Materials are due to leave the Company’s yard.

Refunds may be given for Materials at the discretion of the Company.  These will be subject to a deduction for haulage costs incurred to and from the destination.

Should Materials be returned due to unsuitable access or because the Customer has ordered the incorrect Materials a restocking charge of £98.00 per single item of Materials will be payable by the Customer to the Company.

Please note that the following definitions apply:

• The Aggregate Shop will be referred to as “the Company”. 
• The person who places an order with the Company will be referred to as “the Customer”. 
• Any goods ordered by the Customer from the Company will be referred to as “Materials”.
